Womb Wager ("we", "us") is a free service for creating and running personalized baby-guessing pools. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a pool or vote. Womb Wager is not directed to children under 13.

What Womb Wager is

Womb Wager is a guessing quiz — pool creators pick questions, share a link, and voters submit answers. The site scores answers and displays leaderboards. Womb Wager does not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate any monetary transaction. Anything creators or voters do off-platform is between them.

Accounts and pool content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your pool, your questions, and any content you upload. Don't use Womb Wager for spam, harassment, impersonation, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to remove pools or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Voter data

Pool creators are responsible for the voter emails and names collected via their pool and agree not to use voter data for anything other than running the pool and sharing results. See our Privacy Policy.

User content

If you upload photos, you represent that you have the right to do so and that every identifiable person in the photo has consented to it being shown to your voters. You grant Womb Wager a limited license to store and display the photo for the purpose of running your pool. We do not use uploaded photos to train machine-learning models.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is with no guarantees of availability. If you rely on it for something important, please back up your data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Womb Wager and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
